Your use of Offerly is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Momentum is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store, offered monthly or quarterly at the price shown in the app for your region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel it in the Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Momentum unlocks the app's four AI tools, each with a monthly allowance shown on its screen. The rest of the app stays free and fully usable without a subscription.

The AI tools produce suggestions from a language model. They can be wrong, and autofill in particular can misread a posting, so check what it filled in before you rely on it. Nothing in the app is career, legal, immigration or financial advice, and no result is a promise about any outcome of an application.

You are responsible for the material you put into the app, including having the right to use any document you upload.

How the app handles what you enter is set out in the privacy policy. In short: it stays on your device and in your own iCloud, and only the AI tools ever send anything out, and only when you tap one.
